咬合重建前后TMD症状的比较

The Comparison of the TMD Symptomatic before and after Occlusal Reconstruction

目的通过对咬合丧失或低位咬合患者咬合重建修复后的临床检查结果进行分析,讨论分析咬合重建修复治疗的临床效果,并从中总结经验,以指导咬合重建的临床操作,进一步提高口腔修复治疗的水平。方法从就诊患者中选取12名需行咬合重建修复者作为实验组,修复前进行必要的基础治疗,并检查记录TMD及其相关症状,然后进行合理的咬合重建修复。治疗完成1个月后,将修复后的TMD及其相关症状与修复前相比较,对相关数据进行统计分析。结果修复后12名患者均感满意且咀嚼有力,其中4例感觉非常满意。其TMD症状得到改善,修复前后的统计学比较存在差别(P<0.05)。结论咬合重建后,患者满意度较高,其TMD症状有明显改善。

Objective By way of checking the clinical symptoms to discuss and analyze the clinical effect in those who were treated with occlusal reconstruction,to summarize experience,guide the clinical operation of occlusal reconstruction,further enhances the level of the oral rehabilitation. Methods After necessary foundational treatment and recording the TMD and its correlated symptoms,12 patients were picked out from those who needed to be treated with occlusal reconstruction,then reasonable treatment was carried out with them. One month later,the TMD and its correlated symptoms were recorded again. The correlated data were statistical analyzed. Results After treatment,12 patients all felt satisfied and chewing powerfully, 4 examples felt satisfied extremely. Its TMD symptom is improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion After treated with occlusal reconstruction, the patient’s degree of satisfaction is high,its TMD symptom has the certain improvement.
