摘要
逆向工程是一种产品创新的重要手段,而零件表面三维数据的提取是逆向工程中的基础。采用非接触式测量,运用立体视觉原理来提取零件表面三维数据,利用VC++和MATLAB混合编程可以使此算法实现起来更加方便、快捷。通过实验,验证算法完全正确,测量速度快、精度比较高,可以应用于逆向工程领域。
Reverse engineering is an important means of product innovation.The 3D data of the parts' surface is the basis for reverse engineering.Using non-contact measurement,this paper extracts the 3D surface data by stereo vision principle.The paper proposes using VC++ and MATLAB mixed programming can be more convenient and quicker.The experiment shows that the method is fast and accurate,which can be used to reverse engineering fields.
