企业家满意度与心理健康之关系研究

A Study of the Relationship betwean Entrepreneur's Satisfaction and Mental Health

改革开放以来,中国企业家队伍的成长与发展受到了社会越来越多的关注,中国企业家群体已成为与心理因素有关的多种疾病的高危人群。为了进一步了解企业家的心理健康状况,促进企业家队伍的健康成长,广西省柳州市商会、复旦大学经济学院和华东师范大学在2006年共同展开了"企业家和企业发展"调查研究。本报告主要考察了企业家满意度与心理健康的特征以及二者之间的关系。

More and more attention has been paid to Chinese entrepreneurs since China began the policy of reform and opening up to the outside world. Chinese entrepreneurs as a whole have become highly pone to various mental diseases. This research, sponsored by Liuzhou Commerce Association, Guangxi province, Department of Psychology, East China Normal University and Schc^l of Economics, Fuclan University in 2006, reports some characteristics about entrepreneurs＇ satisfaction and their mental health, and analyzes the relationship between them.
