中国警察合法权益受侵害之现状分析

当前中国警察合法权益遭受不法侵害的形势十分严峻,具体表现在物质上、人身上、精神上的合法权益遭受侵害,其原因来自社会经济方面、警察自身方面、管理公安方面和法律保障方面等。如果其状况不加改善将严重损害警察的执法权威(law enforcement authority)、破坏国家法律的尊严,影响警民关系和谐发展、恶化执法环境。

Currently, it is a severe problem that Chinese police＇s legitimate fights and interests are being invaded, which can concretely be shown from material, personal and spiritual aspects. The reason can be analyzed from the aspects of social economy; police themselves, public security management and law protection and so on. If this situation cannot be improved, police＇s law enforcement authority will be seriously damaged, dignity of the state law destroyed, the compatible development of the relationship of police and people interfered, and law enforcement environment deteriorated.
