高效液相色谱法测定新止咳合剂中儿茶素的含量

Determination of Catechin Content in New Antasthmatic Mixture by High-performance Liquid Chromatography

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定新止咳合剂中儿茶素含量的方法。方法：采用Dikma钻石C18色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）;流动相为乙睛—0.2%磷酸溶液（8∶92）;检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为35℃。结果：儿茶素进样量在0.0425-4.25μg（r=0.99999）范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.05%,RSD=0.72%（n=9）。结论：本法简便、快速、专属性强、重现性好;可作为新止咳合剂的质量控制方法。

Objective: To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography to determine the catechin content in new antasthmatic mixture.Method: Dikma C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution(8:92).The determination wavelength was 280 mm.The mobile speed was 1.0ml/min.the coloumn temperature was 35oC.Result: The catechin content was within 0.0425-4.25μg(r=0.99999) and had a good linear relation with peak area.The average recoveray rate was 99.05%,RSD=0.72%(n=9).Conclusion: The method is simple,convenient and quick,with a strong exclusive and a good reappearance and can be used in the quality control of the new antasthmatic mixture.
