摘要 将磁性Fe3O4纳米颗粒表面包覆一层表面活性剂,溶于有机溶剂中,加入萃取剂Cyanex272,制成"磁性萃取剂",使用高梯度磁分离装置分离钴镍。磁性Cyanex272萃取剂能在不影响钴镍分离效果的前提下,减少乳化澄清时间和减小萃取剂的损失。磁流体在整个过程中只起分离载体作用,而不影响萃取过程。平衡pH值对Cyanex272和P507萃取剂萃取钴镍的分离系数及萃取率均有较大影响。钴镍分离系数随温度的升高而增大。钴镍分离的合适条件为:温度40~60℃,搅拌大于3 min,pH值5.5~5.8。将磁性Cyanex272萃淋树脂应用于钴镍分离,也取得了良好的分离效果,钴镍分离系数达到649。 The magnetite nanoparticles was covered by surfactant, dissolved in an organic solvent and extractant Cyanex272 was added, the magnetic extractant was produced. The high-gradient magnetic separation equipment was used to separate the Co/Ni. The magnetic extractant Cyanex272 can reduce the clarifying-time and solvent- losing without affecting the Co/Ni separation. The magnetic only played as a separation carrier without effecting the extraction during the whole proper. The separation coefficient and extraction efficiency of Co/Ni were greatly affected when balancing pH. Separation coefficient of Co/Ni increased with the rise of temperature. The proper temperature of the Co/Ni separation was 40-60 ℃, stirring time more than 3 min and pH between 5.5 and 5.8. Good effect have been achieved when the magnetic Cyanex272 extraction-elution resin was applied in the separation: the separation coefficient was 649.
