摘要
我们通过四年的时间,对本校全体学生的体质健康进行测试、追踪调研,分析大学生在校期间体质的发展状况,其研究目的是为提高我校学生体质健康水平提供参考,提出普通高校体育教学改革的设想。测试结果表明:通过体育课和课外体育锻炼,学生养成了锻炼习惯,体质普遍增强,体育达标率在98%以上。大一、大二学生身体形态、身体素质有不同程度的提高;部分大三、大四学生的身体素质整体水平出现下降的趋势,以速度素质、耐力素质、柔韧素质方面较为普遍;部分大三、大四学生的心肺功能也出现下降态势。学校应该加强大学生的体育锻炼,采取有效措施,提高学生的身体素质。
A four-year-follow-up physique and health test was conducted among all the students at college,and collected data was analyzed with a view to keeping track of students' physique development and providing reference for improving their health as well as making suggestions for the reform of P.E.at college.The results of the test show that,by P.E.classes and extra-curricula physical exercise,students have fallen into the habit of exercise and generally improved their physique,and over 98% of students have attained the required standards.However,the results also indicate that although freshmen and sophomores have improved their physical shape and health conditions at different levels,the physique of some juniors and seniors declines in general in the aspects of speed,stamina,and pliability.Besides,the cardiopulmonary function of some juniors and seniors also tends to decline.It is therefore suggested that colleges should attach great importance to physical training and take effective measures to improve students' physique and health.
