摘要
文中分析了异型截面供送变螺距螺杆的结构特点和工作原理,设计了其加工工艺,提出了一套加工该螺杆的独特的数控编程方法。该工艺方法经实践证明生产效率和加工精度均令用户满意。
The paper analyses the structural characteristic and work principle of screw with variable pitch, designed machining technics, put forward a particular method of NC programming . The user is satisfied the efficiency and precision of the technics method, that is proved by practice.
