天津市物流园区发展研究

The Study of the Development of Urban Logistics Park Planning in Tianjin City

基于国内各个城市发展物流园区现状和未来需求,论文着重介绍了物流园区的概念及研究意义,分析了城市物流园区的类型与物流园区的布置原则;叙述了国内外城市物流园区规划的典型案例;分析了天津市物流园区发展的特点及未来的发展目标;确定了以五大交通枢纽节点为依托的天津市综合物流系统的集聚发展区域;根据物流系统功能体系的划分及各自的服务内容,从国际物流和区域物流两个层次,分别论述了天津市各个物流园区的功能、相互联系以及物流园区与对外运输通道的衔接。

According to the actuality and requirement of the urban logistics park planning in every city, the author introduces concept and research signification of the urban logistics park and analyzes the styles of urban logisties park and the principles to choose the addresses, and two cities urban logistics park planning are listed. Then the development characteristics and aim of the urban logistics park in Tianjin are analyzed, the centralized development areas of synthesized logistics system in Tianjin which rely on the five traffic hinges are confirmed. According to the ability and the service style of the logistics system, from the two arrangements of the world and the region, the authors discuss the function of every urban logistics park, the relations of these urban logistics parks and the connection between these parks and the transportation facilities at the end of the paper.
