浅谈物流服务及绩效评价

The Study of Logistics Service and Judge Index

物流业是我国目前发展很快的一个服务性行业,但传统的物流理念还占据主导地位。在提出物流新理念的同时,论文对物流服务进行了描述,建立了物流服务的评价指标,并对物流服务质量的改进做出探讨。

Among service industry, logistics industry is the developing one with the fastest speed. However, the traditional concepts still are the main ideas. As bringing out the new ideas, the logistics service is described. In the thesis, the judge index of the service is set up. And the advice about improving the quality of service is discussed.
