Taking spinning C 27.8 tex yam as ar. example, this paper introduces the high efficient process flow with measures in adjusting the related process detailed. A comparison of the formed yarn quality index of high efficient spinning process against normal spinning process is also followed to indicate that a heavy set weight and high efficient spinning process is practical.
