丝/涤短纤维混纺针织纱线的开发

摘要 生丝由于细度不匀,含有丝胶,在针织生产中易出现横条疵点,可编织性差,采用丝短纤与涤纶混纺可克服这一缺点。对混纺比为丝/涤80/20的混纺针织纱的开发进行了探讨,提出了切实可行的纺纱工艺,并对纺纱过程中存在的混合难、绕罗拉等问题提出了解决措施。 The raw silk features uneven in length and contains silk gum which causes barres in knitting, indicating poor knittability, but it could be improved by mixing staple silk with polyester fiber. The development of 80/20 blended staple silk and polyester is researched and discussed in this article. And a practical spinning process technology and the measures to settle the problems of difficult fiber mixing and fiber interlacing round the spinning milers are put forward.
