摘要
介绍了有机棉与彩棉的特性、70/30精梳有机棉/彩棉14.6 tex混纺纱的加工过程和工艺配置,以及利用该混纺纱生产14.6/14.6 530/380 149面料的工艺配置和技术措施,分析了影响生产过程与产品质量的关键因素及解决措施。
The properties of organic cotton and colourful cotton are introduced, and the processes and craft setting in producing 14.6 tex blended yam made of 70/30 combed organic cotton and colourful cotton as well as the technology arrangement and technical measures in producing 14.6/14.6 530/380 149 fabric by use of this blended yarn are explored in this article with key factors affecting the production and product quality and technical countermeasures also analyzed.
