摘要
针对防空兵武器装备现状和现代防空战斗特点,基于仿真的采办(Simulation Based Acquisition,SBA)在防空兵武器装备中的应用可以大量减少武器系统采办过程各个阶段所花费的时间、资源和风险等,并且能够在减少武器系统采办全周期各个阶段总体费用的情况下,确保提高武器系统质量、军用价值和战场支撑能力等,同时在整个采办生命周期内,使得集成化的生产和过程开发成为可能。简要介绍武器系统的SBA,分析防空兵武器装备SBA的功能需求和研究内容,提出仿真实现的基本框架,阐述仿真关键技术。
In allusion to actuality of air defense forces weapon equipments and modern air defense battle trait,the application of SBA in Weapon equipment of air defense forces can decrease largely times expended,resources,ventures and so on during every phase of the weapon system acquisitions,improve weapon system quality,military values and battlefield sustentation abilities,and at the same time,the integrated productions and process exploitations become possibility.The article introduces briefly SBA,analyses the function demands and research contents about SBA of air defense forces weapon equipments,moreover advances basic frame of simulation realization and expounds briefly the pivotal technology of simulation.
