Ovarian stimulation is a critical step in in vitro fertilization therapy.Individualization of down regulation and ovarian stimulation is essential and depends on assessment of the ovarian reserve.Identification of the etiologies of poor ovarian response is beneficial.Endometriosis associated infertility is still a challenge and GnRH analogues given for 2-6 months priorto IVF treatment cycles seem to improve pregnancy rates.
