The austere problem of employment is the urgent one that the government should deal with, and how to settle this problem will affect China＇ s political and economical policy orientation. In this paper, the author discusses the feasibility of tourism employment on the basis of analysis of potentiality of tourism employment, giving some suggestions on how to bring the potential of tourism employment into full play.
