将自主、合作、探究三种学习方式有效地通过合理的教学评价、教学方法和教材的组织建成一套新型的学习模式,目的是适应《体育与健康》新课程改革的要求,尤其要充分体现以人为本的宗旨。新型的学习模式确实改变了学生学习体育的态度,激发了学生学习体育的兴趣和积极性,融洽了学生之间的关系,调动了学生的自主性和参与性,尤其是培养了学生乐于健身的良好习惯,同时强化了学生终身锻炼健身的体育意识。

The essay mainly deals with a new study model, which is made of reasonable teaching evaluation, teaching method and teaching material by combining self- determination, cooperation and investigation. The model is designed to meet the demand of new course＇s reformation of P. E and Health and express the tenet of humanitarianism. The new study model really changes the students＇attitude toward P. E, inspiring the students＇interest and enthusiasm in P. E, harmonize the relationship between the students and arose the students＇self- determination and participation, especially cultivate the good habit of doing sports and strengthen the sense of body -building for life.
