摘要
首先简要地介绍了植物环肽的定义、研究历史、结构分类、生物活性与生物功能等,最后以石竹科类型环肽和环蛋白为例详细介绍其检测方法、结构研究方法、化学合成或生物合成等.
Herein we briefly introduced definition, history, classification, bioactivity and biofunction of plant cyclopeptides. Then we gave Caryophyllaceae -type cyclopeptides and cyclotides as examples to introduce their chemical detection methods, structural determination methods, synthesis and biosynthesis.
