摘要
在室温条件下,用取代法和共聚法配制稳定的La/A l二元聚合阳离子,用该聚合阳离子柱撑累托石,其柱撑材料的热稳定性达到500℃以上。柱化剂的制备方法和La/A l的摩尔比对La/A l基柱撑粘土矿物材料的热稳定性均有影响。在La/A l的比例为1∶9时,通过共聚法和取代法制备的La/A l柱化剂其结构最稳定。根据探针成分分析,探讨La/A l基柱撑粘土矿物材料的微结构特征。
The stable La/Al double polycations can be synthesized at room temperature in two methods, substitution and convergencel The pillared rectorite prepared using these pillaring-agents can be calcinated up to 500℃ with basal interlayer space 2.9 nm. The thermal stability of the pillared rectorite is influenced by the producing methods of pillaring agents and the ratio of Ree/Al. When the ratio of La/Al is 1 : 9, the thermal stability of La/Al pillared clays is much better,that is to say the structure of La/Al double polycation is much more firm at this La/Al ratio.
