摘要 液压式摩擦焊机具有能源消耗大、压力脉动、噪声、发热等缺点。提出了一种无液压系统的全电控制的摩擦焊机,利用伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杠副实现摩擦压力的施加,可以在一台设备上实现连续驱动摩擦焊接和惯性摩擦焊接。全电式摩擦焊机通过用伺服电机控制取代液压系统,结构简化,节约能源,提高了摩擦焊接精度和质量,降低噪声和清洁环境,实现了绿色制造。 Hydraulic friction welder has some disadvantages as high energy consuming,pressure pulsation,noising and heating.This paper raises a non-hydraulic system and full-electric controlled friction welder;this welder uses servo-motor for driving ball screw pair to exert friction pressure,and it can achieve continuous driven and inertial friction welding on equipment.Full-electric controlled friction welder uses servo-motor to replace hydraulic system;it has simple structure,saves energy,increases the precision and quality of friction welding, reduces the noise ,cleans the environment and realizes green manufacturing.
