并列流化床内颗粒循环及其热量传递的实验研究

摘要 本文对并列流化床煤气发生炉的热态运行进行了研究,分析了系统在热态运行时的操作特性,并对双床之间的颗粒循环进行了实验,实验结果表明双床之间的颗粒循环具有一定的调节范围,能满足气化反应对热量的需求。 In a twin fluidized-bed coal gasifier, an investigation experiment is made on its operations in high temperature. During the experiment, operation characteristics of the system in high temperature is analyzed and also tested.The experiment results indicate that particle circulation between two beds is adjustable which can satisfy the need of heat during coal gasification reaction.
