构建和谐社会是党中央提出的目标,广播电视大学是构建和谐社会的生力军.为此.电大必须首先建设和谐校园,实现自身的和谐发展。本文从当前电大和谐校园建设所存在的问题入手。提出增强电大单位的内合力、有效地开展思想教育工作、推进民主管理、建立有效运行机制和建立良好校群关系等方面的措施与方法,推进和谐电大的构建。

Setting up a harmonious society in China is a grand target presented by the Party Central Committee. Being a vital educational force in the development of harmonious society construction, Radio and TV University need to form a harmonious campus to realize its own harmonious expansion. In light of problems existing in current construction of TVU hamlonious campus, the writer presents some measures and methods in terms of good cooperation among TVUs, effectively ideological education, democratic management promotion; valid operational mechanism and better relationship in order to promote the construction of a harmonious campus.
