摘要
对青年学生的基本观察以及由此归纳总结出当代大学生的总体特性对于提高高校学生工作的针对性、实效性具有重要意义。
The paper argues that the analysis of college students＇ characteristics in modem times is based on the careful observation of students＇ behaviour. It is pointed out that the deep understanding of students＇ characteristics can enhance work efficiency of the students＇ management.
