摘要
人的社会性不等于社会化。从某种意义上说,是社会"化"才让人的社会性变成现实。人的社会化过程突显了人的社会性本质主动性和自觉性的方面。同时具有理性与非理性的人在社会还存在各种利益矛盾和冲突的背景下,其社会化过程所体现的"个性"和"内化"特征,又使得这种社会化过程离不开规范的导向和约制。
Human＇s sociality is not equal to socialization. In some way, sociality is realized depending on socializing. Human＇s socializing indicates that there are the initiative and the consciousness in human＇s social nature. Because of the individuality and the internalization displayed in socializing, a human being with rationality and irrationality must be guided and restrained to achieve socialization in the society where there are still many conflicts of interests.
