The Traditional Concept of "Cordiality and Faith" of China and Its Modern Transformation

本文从研究中国传统诚信观的内涵和特点入手,分析中国传统诚信观的历史意义及其局限性,进而探索中国传统诚信观的现代转型问题,提出要培育适应现代社会生活的诚信观,为在全社会形成诚信的良好风气提供一些对策和思路。

This thesis starts with a discussion on the connotation and characteristics of the traditional concept of ＂Cordiality and Faith＂ ; thus shows its limitations in terms of history and class. Then it discusses the transformation of the traditional concept of ＂Cordiality and Faith＂ in modem society and puts forward transformations at four aspects to adapt to the modem social life as well as strategies and thoughts to form the good atmosphere of cordiality and faith in the entire society.
