摘要
应用应力-强度分布干涉理论以及应力-强度发生干涉时的可靠度计算公式,分析了加工精度引起尺寸变化对机械可靠性的影响,结果表明,随着加工精度的提高,机械可靠性也提高,并且精度等级越高对可靠性的影响越小,从而为机械零件加工精度的选择提供了理论依据。
The impact of mechanical reliability caused by processing precision caused the dimension change was discussed by applying stress - intensity distribution interference theory as well as the formula of relia-bility when the stress - intensity distribution intervened with each other. The conclusions indicated that the mechanical reliability would be enhanced along with the processing precision enhancement; the precision class was higher, the influence to reliability was smaller. This provided theoretical basis for choosing mechanical parts' processing precision.
