Three New Species of the Family Phytoseiidae with Supplemental Character of Amblyseius grandisimilis Ma (Acari:Mesostigmata)

记述植绥螨科Phytoseiidae3新种:永安钝绥螨Amblyseius yonganensis sp.nov.,仿盾钝绥螨Ambly-seius imitopeltatus sp.nov.和尤溪盲走螨Typhlodromus youxiensis sp.nov.,并补充似巨钝绥螨Amblyseius grandisimilis Ma,2004特征。

The present paper deals with three new species of the family Phytoseiidae and supplemental charac- ter of Amblyseius grandisimilis Ma. Type specimens are deposited in the Medical Entomology Gallery, Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Beijing. 1 Amblyseius yonganensis sp. nov. （Figs. 1,2） ♀. Dorsal shield 368-400（av. 388） μm long, 160-200（av. 179） Ixm wide. Dorsal setae 19 pairs, of which r3 and R1 on cuticle outside to the shield, lengths of the setae in μm： j1 28, j3 32-40（av. 36）, j4, j5 and j6 20, J2 24, J5 12, z2 28-32（av. 30）, z4 28-32（av. 31）, z5 20, Z1 28, Z4 40-44（av. 41）, Z5 72-80（av. 76）, s4 and S2 40, S4 32-40 （av. 38）, S5 32-40 （av. 36）, r3 and R1 32. Sternal shield with concave posterior margin, bearing 3 pairs of setae. MSt on a pair ofmetasternal shields. Posterior part of genital shield expanded, with 1 pair of setae. Spermatheca shown in Fig. 1C. Ventro-anal shield with 3 pairs of preanal setae and 3 perianal setae, a pair of preanal pores situated postero-interior to base of JV2 ,distance between the pores 40 μm. Ventral cuticle setae 4 pairs, JV5 the longest. Metapodal shields 2 pairs. Peritreme extending between j1 and j3. Movable digit of chela with a denticle, fixed digit tridentate. Lengths ofmacrosetae on genu, tibia and basitarsus of leg IV： 28, 28 and 52-56 （av. 55） μm. ♂. Dorsal shield 300 μm long and 188 μm wide, all 19 pairs of dorsal setae on the shield. Lengths of the setae in μm： j1 23, j3 30, j4, j5 and j6 19, J2 23, J5 11, z2 23, z4 30, z5 19, Z1 26, Z4 38, Z5 56, S4, S2, S4 and S5 38, r3 and R1 30. Stemo-genital shield with 5 pairs of setae. Ventro-anal shield with 3 pairs ofpreanal setae and 3 perianal setae. Peritreme as in the female. Movable digit of chela with a denticle, fixed digit tridentate, spermatodactyl shown in Fig. 2B. Lengths of macrosetae on gunu, tibia and basitarsus of leg IV： 19, 19 and 49 μm respectively. The new species is near to Amblyseius astutus （Begljarov, 1960） and Amblyseius multiporus Wu et Li, 1987, but in the new species lateral margins ofventro-anal shield straighter, peritreme reaching between j1 and j3, spermatheca broader, macroseta of basitarsus Ⅳ very long; in the latter 2 species lateral margins of ventro-anal shield concave, spermatheca narrower, macrosetae on genu, tibia and basitarsus of leg IV short, peritreme ofAmblyseius astutus reaching to j1 anteriorly, that of Amblyseius multiporus reaching to z2 anteriorly. Holotype ♀ ,paratypes 69 ♀♀ and 1♂, ex forest litter, from Yong＇an （25°58＇N, 117°24＇ E）, Fujian Province, in 6 Dec. 2001. 2 Amblyseius imitopeltatus sp. nov. （Fig. 3） ♀. Dorsal shield 332-352（av. 340） μm long, 240-268 （av. 256） μm wide, covering entire dorsum, bearing 18 pairs of setae, J2 lacking, r3 and R1 on cuticle of lateral margins of idiosoma, lengths of the setae in μm： j1 32,j3 44-52（av. 49）, za 28, Z4 120, Z5 108-120（av. 115）, s4 96-104（av. 99）,remaining setae 4. Anterior margin of sternal shield with bi-projections, posterior margin concave, beating 3 pairs of setae and 2 pairs of pores. Metasternal shields circular, with MSt and the 3rd pair of pores. Genital shield broader, with 1 pair of setae. Spermatheca shown in Fig. 3D. Ventro-anal shield pentagonal or triangular, with 3 pairs ofpreanal setae and 3 perianal setae, a pair ofpreanal pores situated postero-interior to base of JV2, distance between the pores 40-48 （av. 44） μm. Ventral cuticle setae 3 pairs, ZV3 lacking, JV5 long. Metapodal shields 2 pairs. Peritreme extending outside to j1. Narrow posterior part of exopodal shield around posterior margin of coxa IV. Movable digit of chela single-dentate, fixed digit with a row of denticles. Lengths of macrosetae on genu, tibia and basitarsus of leg Ⅳ： 80-88（av. 83）, 56-60 （av. 58） and 60 μm. The new species is very similar to Amblyseius peltatus Merwe and Amblyseius grandisimilis Ma, 2004, but in the new species dorsal setae z2 longer, z4 very short; spermatheca narrow; preanal pores situated behind level of base of JV2, distance between the pores more than that between pore and JV2; ventral cuticle setae 3 pairs, ZV3 absent; exopodal shields not projected behind coxae IV; peritreme extending outside to j1; macroseta on genu of leg IV the longest. Amblyseius peltatus both z2 and z4 longer; spermatheca broader; preanal pores situated at level of base of JV2, distance between the pores subequal to that between pore and JV2; ventral cuticle setae 4 pairs, ZV3 present; macroseta on basitarsus of leg IV the longest. Amblyseius grandisimilis both z2 and z4 very short; spermatheca broader; ventral cuticle setae 4 pairs, ZV3 present; exopodal shields projected behind coxae Ⅳ; peritreme extending beyond j1. Holotype ♀, paratypes 3 ♀♀, ex forest litter, from Yong＇ an （25°58＇ N, 117°24＇ E）, Fujian Province, in 6 Dec. 2001. 3 Typhlodromus youxiensis sp. nov. （Fig.4） ♀. Dorsal shield 344-360（av. 352） μm long, 220-240（av. 230） μm wide. Dorsal setae 20 pairs, of which r3 and R1 on cuticle outside to the shield, lengths of the setae in μm： j1 32, j3 48, j4 and j5 32, j6 48, J2 60, J5 12, z2 28, z3 40, z4 48, z5 32, Z4 64, Z5 76, s4, s6, S2 and S4 64, S5 16, r3 32, R1 48. Sternal setae 3 pairs, metasternal setae 1 pair, genital setae 1 pair. Ventro-anal shield with 2 or 3 pairs ofpreanal setae and 3 perianal setae. Ventral cuticle setae 4 pairs, JV5 the longest. Metapodal shields 2 pairs. Peritreme extending between j1 and j3. Both digits of chela with a denticle respectively. Lengths of macrosetae on genu, tibia and basitarsus of leg Ⅳ： 28, 28 and 48 μm. The new species is near to Typhlodromus orientalis Wu, 1981 and Typhlodromus rickeri Chant, 1960, but the new species R1 longer, preanal setae 2 or 3 pairs, peritreme reaching between jl and j3. In the latter 2 species R1 shorter, preanal setae 4 pairs, peritreme reaching to j1 anteriorly. Holotype ♀ , paratype 1♀ , under bark of withered tree, from Youxi （25° 11＇ N, 118°12＇ E）, Fujian Province, in 7 Sep. 2000. 4 Amblyseius grandisimilis Ma, 2004 （Fig. 5） Variation ofventro-anal shield of female shown in Fig. 5, they are triangular or pentagonal.
