摘要
针对宝钢能源部135 t/h混合煤气锅炉存在的燃烧器区域后墙水冷壁火焰刷墙现象,采用CFD商用软件对该锅炉的旋流燃烧器及其炉膛燃烧器区域的流场进行数值模拟研究。研究发现由于燃烧器结构原因使得火焰旋流强度不足,造成旋流燃烧器火焰过长,导致火焰刷墙。由此提出并对比了燃烧器的不同改造方案。
In view of the phenomenon of "flame brushing against water-wall" in the burning area for the 135 t/h mixed gas boiler in Baosteel Energy Department, a cold state numerical simulation study of the 3-dimensional flow field in the burning area like the swirl burner and furnace chamber, has been conducted with the numerical simulation software. It was found that the main causes that lead to boilers' flame brushing against water-wall were due to the weak flame swirling force. A retrofit scheme of burners has been advanced.
