摘要
在介绍高炉煤气余压透平发电(以下简称TRT)技术的基础上,结合具体工程设计、开发、调试投产的实践,重点阐述江苏沙钢集团宏发炼铁厂2#2500 m3高炉中采用双TRT并列运行控制高炉炉顶压力和发电负荷的控制系统的设计、功能和特点,以及系统的运行情况和实际效果。在不提高单台机组制造能力的基础上,该系统采用的控制方案为小型TRT在大型高炉上的推广应用提供了成熟可行的技术方案。
An introduction is made to the new technology of top gas recovery turbine ( TRT for short). In combination with the specific project design, development and debugging, the design, functions and features of the power generation load control system based on double-TRT in parallel in No. 2 BF ( 2500m^3 ), Hongfa Ironmaking Plant, Jiangsu Shagang Group, and the operation and actual effect of the system, are expounded. On the basis of not enhancing the manufacture capacity of the single turbine set, the control plan the system adopts is a feasible technology that the mini-TRT can be applied to large blast furnaces.
