摘要
介绍了用于中口径直缝焊管线焊接的高频大功率焊接电源,其采用基于IGBT功率元件的串联谐振式感应电源技术。从电源系统电路结构、启动方法、IGBT驱动、相位锁定和功率调节方式及其控制策略等方面进行了剖析;同时结合设备系统在启动和运行中的波形进行了分析,并对用于负载阻抗匹配的高频变压器进行了阐述。另外,为了方便设备维护,系统采用了自动检测与诊断技术。综合设备现场运行实践,该电源系统可以满足工艺上对功率和频率的要求。
A high-power and high-frequency inductive power supply used in ERW for medium-sized straight welded pipes is introduced. This technology adopts in-series harmonic inductive power supply, which is based on the IGBT power components. The following aspects were analyzed from the power' s circuit structure, ways of starting, IGBT driving, phase locking and power adjusting to the control strategy. The waveforms appearing when the equipment system started to work and in the operation process were analyzed simultaneously. High-frequency transformers for load impedance matching were also described. Besides, for convenience of equipment maintenance, the system adopted automatic detection and diagnosis technology. In view of the field operation practice, the power system can meet the demands for power and frequency technologically.
