等离子加热六流连铸中间包底吹气过程数值模拟优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对宝钢六流连铸中间包等离子加热区域温度积聚严重的现象,提出了底吹气的解决方法。采用自编程序,在流动与传热耦合计算的基础上,对底吹气参数进行了仿真模拟研究。结果表明,无底吹气时,加热区域上部高温钢液不能很好地混匀并向两侧传输,而采用底吹气方式时,加热区域钢液温度比较均匀,两侧温度分布情况也有所改善。现场试验对比表明,采用优化后的底吹气方式,对夹杂物分布、增氮量、流间温差没有影响,且能明显改善中间包包盖的熔蚀问题。 The bottom blowing solution was put forward to solve the temperature accumulation in the plasma heating zone in a six-strand tundish. An analogue simulation research on the bottom blowing parameters was conducted on the basis of calculation coupled with flow and heat transfer using self-compiled programs. The simulation results show that molten steel ( high temperature) above the heating zone will not be mixed well and spread to both sides if there is no bottom blowing. However, if there is bottom blowing, the temperature distribution of molten steel in the heating zone will be equilibrium, and the temperature distribution at both sides will be improved at the same time. Compared with tests of practical use, the result shows that the optimized bottom blowing style has no influence on inclusion distribution, nitrogen absorbing and flow temperature difference, but corrosion of the tundish cover has been deereased sharply.
