摘要 针对宝钢物料供应中心在宝钢供应物流实践中面临的要货期不准确和配送车辆利用率不高等瓶颈问题,从信息系统和人员组织管理角度提出系统的整合方案,对宝钢复杂的仓储物料进行配送分类。有针对性地控制配送时间要求,配送执行的方式进行分级,以便在配送作业中能够掌握车辆的派送节奏。通过仓储环节的人员分工细化和配送承载标准化,使信息系统能够自动排列配送汇总单,提高车辆的利用效率、优化配送线路、节约配送里程和时间间隔,提升宝钢物料配送能力。 Baosteel Materials Distribution Center has two bottleneck problems: One is uncertainty of date of material requirement, and the other is low utilization of trucks for inbound logistics. An integration scheme was advanced in view of the information system and staff & organization management. The requirement for delivery time should be controlled selectively, the way of distribution should be classified, so as to control the vehicle dispatch rhythm. Through detailed division of labour in the storehouse, and standardization of the carrying capacity in the distribution process, the information system can make a general list of distribution automatically, The utilization rate of vehicles has been raised, the delivery path has been optimized, the distribution mileage and the interval between two deliveries has been shortened, and finally Baosteel' s material distribution capacity has been enhanced.
