摘要
大港油田石油开采废水组成复杂,含盐量高,而大港南部各个油田注水所用水源为经污水站处理之后的南部油井开采废水,若处理后水质没有达到油田注水标准,则注入水容易结成碳酸钙垢从而导致油井内压力上升,严重影响油田生产.通过对大港南部三个区块的8种回注水水样进行分析,几种注入水的悬浮固体、粒径中值、总铁含量等均超标,尤其是南大港回注污水水质较差,色度大,浑浊,明显见油,平均腐蚀率超标,即使是局控指标也难以达到.配伍性实验结果表明:在不同温度(20℃或70℃)下,密闭恒温72h,上述几种水质配伍性好.
At Dagang OilField, the components of produced water are always complex, with high salinity. In the south of Dagang OilField, the injection water all comes from the converted produced water in the sewage. If the quality of the converted water can't fit with the oil trade standard for injection water, carbonate scaling will make the injection pressure rise and troubles arise with oil production. In this article, through the study of eight kinds of injection water, the suspended solids, average of particle diameter and content of ferrum are all above the standards, and especially in the south of Dagang, the quality of injection water is worse, chromaticity is too high, and tuebitidy, oil can be seen clearly. The average of corrosion is above the standard. What' s more, it can' t meet the needs of the local controlled standard. The experimental data of water compatib ferent temperatures,at 20℃ or 70℃ ,in closed vessel for 72 hours,the water menti patibileness. ility shows that under the difoned above all has good compatibileness.
