FIDIC Contract for Dredging and Reclamation Works

海事工程中的疏浚项目作为一项相对独立的工程,在工程实施中通常由专业公司实施。国际工程联合会FIDIC在2006年3月发布了第一版疏浚填海合同通用条款。文章以安哥拉工程的疏浚项目为例,对该合同蓝本进行简单说明,对疏浚分包合同中通常要注意的事项进行总结,供工程管理人员、作价人员等参考。

As the dredging projects are relatively independent in the filed of marine works, most of them are executed by specialized companies. In March, 2006, the International Federation of Consulting Engineers, FIDIC, published the first edition of Form of Contract for Dredging and Reclamation Works. Herein under, we carry out an in-depth study on the Angola Project, and give an introduction of the relevant contract version. This article enables the engineering managerial staff to have a primary understanding of Dredging Contract terms, and at the same time, it summaries the main issues of dredging contract for reference of the managerial staff and the cost staff.
