摘要
阐述加强民企人力资源培训工作的必要性、具体作法及培训效果,提出一种值得关注的企业人力资源培训方法——岗位轮换制。
This paper expounds the necessity, concrete ways, and effect of strengthening HR training of privately-owned enterprises, and recommends a HR training method which is worthy to be paid attention to: system of post exchanging.
