摘要
集装箱货运站的工作效率和服务满意度在一定程度上关系到港口的竞争力和发展前景,而提高货运站工作效率和服务满意度的一个重要手段就是使其实现智能化的信息系统管理。文章阐述集装箱货运站的服务框架、业务流程及其智能管理系统的设计思路,包括系统的开发流程、总体设计方案、功能模块、程序设计、数据库设计和系统界面,得出系统的输入输出模式,并展望其对集装箱港口信息化技术发展的积极意义。
Work efficiency and serve degree of satisfaction of container freight station are related to the competence and prospect of port in a certain extent. The paper introduces the frame of service and business process of container freight station, as well as the design idea of the intelligent management system which includes flow of developing system, general design, function module, programming, database design and interface of system. It concludes in-out pattern of the system in the end and open up prospects for promising significance of the system to the development of port informatization.
