摘要
研究了一种以单片机为中央处理机,可实现对电磁继电器参数自动测试的综合测试系统。该系统利用RS-232串口与上位机进行通信,把记忆示波器采集到的动态波形实时地传到上位机,通过OPENCHOICE软件对波形进行采样分析,结合VB计算机高级语言对数据进行处理,计算出相关的参数并显示。经对磁保持继电器参数测试表明,该系统操作方便、界面友好、处理精度较高,在电磁继电器研发过程中,为设计和改进电磁继电器提供依据。
New method of testing the electromagnetic relay's parameters is introduced. The integrated test system in which the single chip microcomputer which is taken as the central processing unit can test the relay parameters automatically. In the test process, the memory oscilloscope communicates with the RS-232 to pass the real-time dynamic waveforms to the computer. The computer obtains the data by sampling and analyzing the waveforms by means of the OPENCHOICE software, then processes the data further and displays the test results through the VB advanced language. Through testing the parameters of magnetic latching relay, the system has convenient operation, friendly interface and higher dispose precision. It can provide basis for the design and improvement of the electromagnetic relays in the process of R&D.
