摘要
我国现行的公共体育政策不同程度地存在体育公共利益选择偏向,并且已经导致了不良的社会后果。公共体育政策合理的利益选择是体育公共利益的均衡分配,制定公共体育政策应做到:以公共利益为核心、政府不断扩大对大众体育的财政投入、充分关注弱势群体体育利益以及建立和完善体育利益表达机制。
A preference for selecting public sports interests exists in the existing public sports policies in China to a certain extent, and has caused harmful social consequences. Reasonable selection of interests in public sports policies is the equilibrium distribution of public sports interests. Public sports policies should base their core on public interests, while the government should constantly increase financial investments in public sports, pay full attention to the sports interests of disadvantageous groups, and establish and perfect the sports interest expression mechanism for various interest groups.
