摘要
奥林匹克标志主要包括奥林匹克名称、五环标志和会旗、火炬、格言、奥林匹克会歌、奥运会吉祥物、奥运会口号、奥运会电视转播等形式,对它的保护和传播是奥林匹克运动的重要组成部分。各国及国际组织对于奥林匹克标志的保护及商业化可以分为3个阶段:第一阶段是奥林匹克运动及其标志的产生期,其商业价值并未得到开发,尚处于萌芽时期;第二阶段的突出特点是奥林匹克标志的保护从奥林匹克运动发展的层面得到重视,并且由于电视转播介入奥林匹克运动发展并提供新的机遇;第三阶段是奥运会的全面商业化,奥林匹克标志的商业价值得到深层次开发并在信息网络时代获得新的发展。
Olympic symbols include Olympic names, Olympic rings, Olympic flags, Olympic torches, Olympic motto, Olympic anthem, Olympic mascots, Olympic slogans and Olympic TV relay etc, the protection of which is one important part of protection and communications of the Olympic Movement. Historically,there have been three stages of the protection and the commercialization of the international and the national organizations. During the first stage, the Olympic Movement and the Olympic symbols were in their infancy, and the commercial value of the Olympic Games was not developed. During the second stage, the protection was emphasized and the TV relay was introduced. During the third stage, the Olympic Games have been fully commercialized and a new life of the Olympic Games has begun with the information network technology.
