CBA联赛处在非均衡发展的状态,主要表现在:管理体制不畅通、产权不清、球队间竞技实力悬殊、俱乐部经营状况不佳、教练员和运动员的收入与俱乐部实际收益脱钩、CBA联赛缺乏监督等。计划经济下的行政事业管理体制导致了CBA的权力失衡,竞技体育的举国培养模式决定了CBA各俱乐部的竞技实力难以均衡,CBA联赛的权力行使缺乏监督,监察部门对CBA联赛的约束乏力等,都是导致CBA联赛非均衡发展的主要原因。

The non-balance development of CBA League is displayed in that the management system is not smooth;the property right is not defined ;the competitive forces of different teams vary; the income of the coaches and the players is separated from the actual benefits of the clubs;there is not efficient supervision of the league etc. What lead to the situation are the power imbalance coming from the administrative system under the planned economy; the competitive force imbalance coming from the Chinese Nationwide Sports System for Developing Predominant Events; the lack of supervision of CBA League power; the weak supervision of the relative department etc.
