Cultural Scanning in Economic Development in Building a Harmonious Society

经济发展是国家的首要任务。改革开放以来,通过引进技术和自主开发,我国经济得到了很大的发展,但仍处在靠高投入、高消耗、高成本的粗放经济增长阶段,依靠技术革新和素质发挥,讲究结构优化和竞争能力增强的集约型经济增长远未形成,这与文化观念的落后有必然联系。所以,审视我国文化并对它进行相应的变革,将有利于更快更好地实现经济增长方式的转变。

The development of economy is the main task to a country. Since the opening-up policy, the economic development of our country has been growing very fast. But, such a development still stays at an extensive level, which mainly depends on high investment,high consumption and high cost while an intensive model, which mainly depends on the innovation of technology,improvement of structure and enhancement of competition hasn＇t been achieved. Such phenomenon has close relationship with the lag-behind culture. Therefore, to scan the culture of China and make some improvement of it will greatly help for the development of our economy.
