试论21世纪初中国与俄罗斯的能源合作问题

The Energy Cooperation between China and Russia in the Early 21st Century

俄罗斯和中国作为21世纪最具潜力的能源出口和进口国,他们在能源领域的合作,一直受到国际社会的瞩目。双方虽然有着良好的合作意愿及广泛的现实合作基础,但是其间存在的一些问题,如双方合作中的互不信任及俄罗斯实利外交中中国利益得失的考虑等,仍然是困扰两国有效合作的障碍。

In the 21st century, China and Russia have been considered as the most potential importing and exporting countries in the energy area respectively. Due to this, the energy co-operations of these two countries are always the focus by the whole international society. It is generally believed that both China and Russia not only have the willing to cooperate with each other, but also have realistic basis to make the cooperation on the track. However, there still exist certain problems, such as the mutual distrust and the national benefit conflict between China and Russia, which become the obstacles of the co-operations.
