摘要
建立了较为合理的指标体系,运用层次分析法确定了各个企业家对于各个企业的权重以及各个企业对于经济社会的权重,利用所得到的权重建立了企业家人力资源最优配置的指派模型,并证明该模型可以转化为一个线性规划问题求解,最后给出算例说明整个方法的实施过程。
In this paper, a reasonable index system is built and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to fix the weight of enterpriser to enterprise and the weight of enterprise to economic society. With these weights, an assignment model of enterpriser manpower configuration can be got. The model can be transformed to a linear programming problem by proof. At last, a computation example is given to show the implement of this method.
