摘要 制动性能是关乎电动自行车行驶安全性的重要指标,而传统的路面测试方法费时费力,缺乏统一指标。在对电动自行车路面行驶阻力进行分析的基础上,提出了路面行驶阻力的模拟方案,并进一步设计、制造了电动自行车制动性能测试平台,替代了传统的路面测试方法,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了测试效率。 Brake performance is an important index for safely running of electric bicycle. However, with the traditional testing technic, it doesn't only cost time and vigor, but also lacks uniform index. In this paper, a simulating blue print is proposed and in addition a Brake Performance Testing Platform will be designed and manufactured, basing on the analysis to the running resistance of electric bicycle on the road. It will successfully substitute the traditional testing technic, reduce the working intensity and enhance the testing efficiency greatly.
