摘要
目的:以康乃馨为研究对象,建立简便易行、无毒的红色花标本保存技术,使红色花标本的颜色、形态接近自然状态,便于观赏和学习。方法:应用酸性液体保存法、冷冻干燥法等8种方法保存红色花标本。结果:采用酸性液体保存法1的康乃馨红色部分色泽保存好。采用酸性液体保存法2的康乃馨红绿部分色泽保存较好,但色泽距离自然状态还存在一定差异,且标本液透明度差。采用冷冻干燥法保存的康乃馨红绿部分色泽保存均好,更接近自然状态。结论:酸性液体保存法解决了红色花浸制标本红绿部分不能兼顾的问题,但标本颜色和形态与自然状态仍有差异。冷冻干燥法不仅保存效果优于酸性液体保存法,使标本的色形更接近自然,而且化学试剂应用少,无毒害,方法简便。
Objective: The convenient, practical and innoxious technology to preserve the red- flower specimen was established by making the carnation as the object. The main purpose is to make both the color and the shape more natural for viewing and studying. Methods: The red - flower specimen was preserved by application of the eight preservations such as the acid liquid one or the dryness by freezing. Results: The acid liquid method 1 could preserve the red color perfect. The acid liquid method 2 could preserve both the red and the green segment better, but it still had little difference from the natural situation. Also, the specimen liquid had the weak transparency. The freez -dry method can preserve both the red and the green segment as perfect as the natural situation. Conclusion: The acid liquid method can solve the problem that the red -flower specimen can not give the consideration to both the red and the green segment. But it can still make little difference in the field of color and shape between the specimen and the natural one. While the freez - dry method not only can be superior to the acid one in order to make the color and shape of the specimen more natural, but also can use less chemical reagent to make the innoxious and more convenient method.
