摘要
对交流电机变频器的矢量控制原理和SVPWM(空间矢量脉宽调制)技术进行了分析,归纳出矢量控制和SVPWM技术的数学模型,由此模型,采用TI公司的DSP(数字信号处理器)TMS320F2810DSP芯片作为控制系统的核心,实现了变频器的全矢量控制。同时,给出了全矢量控制系统的原理框图和硬件结构图,对控制系统的软件进行了设计。整个控制系统结构简单、动态品质高、能够实现对转矩变化的实时控制以及防止电流的过冲现象。
This paper analyzes the SVPWM technique and the vector control principle of AC machine, and summaries mathematical model of the SVPWM technique and the vector control. The vector control realized by the control system according to this mathematical model which core is the TMS320F2810DSP produced by the TI corporation . Meanwhile, the paper provides principle chart and hardware structure chart of the vector control system. And it discusses the chart and design the software of the control system. The structure of system is simple and quality of dynamic state is high, it also controls the angular force in real-time and prevents the phenomenon of the overswing electric current.
