4个品种长寿花试管苗的增殖与生根培养 被引量:6

摘要 以4个不同花色长寿花品种的无菌芽苗为材料,比较其试管苗增殖和生根的品种差异。结果表明:在芽苗增殖率、玻璃化程度以及生根率方面,品种之间存在着不同程度的差异。丛生芽诱导的最佳培养基分别是:白花品种,MS+NAA0.25mg/L+BA1.5mg/L;黄花和红带黄品种,MS+NAA0.25mg/L+BA0.5mg/L;红花品种,MS+NAA0.25mg/L+BA1.0mg/L。黄花品种和白花品种的玻璃化程度明显高于红花品种和红带黄花品种。在1/2MS+IBA0.1mg/L培养基中获得了较高的生根率,但不同品种间其生根率和生根数有所不同。 Four cuhivars with different flower colors were used as materials to compare the difference of bud proliferation and rooting among genotypes in Kalanchoe blossfeldiana in this experiment. The results showed that there were some differences in bud proliferation, rooting and vitrification among different genotypes. The best media for bud cluster formation were the MS medium supplemented with 0.25 mg/L NAA and 1.5 mg/L BA for the eultivar with white flowers,the MS medium supplemented with 0.25 mg/L NAA and 0.5 mg/L BA for the eultivars with yellow flowers and yellowish red flowers, and the MS medium supplemented with 0.25 mg/L NAA and 1.0 mg/L BA for the euhivar with red flowers.The eultivars with yellow and white flowers had higher vitrification than the eultivars with red flowers and yellowish red flowers. The 1/2 MS medium at the presence of 0.1 mg/L IBA produced higher rooting rate, but the rooting rate and the root number differed among genotypes.
