摘要 研究石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定水果蔬菜铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)元素的质量控制方法。通过对质量控制样品的连续测试,用数理统计的方法求出相关的技术指标,分别做出铅、镉、铬元素测定的质量控制图,再用质量控制图对样品的分析测试结果进行有效的质量控制。结果表明:质量控制图能直观和有效地控制水果蔬菜铅、镉、铬元素测定的分析质量,确保分析结果准确可靠。 The quality control methods for determining the lead, cadmium and chromium in fruits and vegetables using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were developed. The quality control samples were tested successively and their relevant technical indexes were worked out using mathematical statistics to prepare the quality control charts for determining lead, cadmium and chromium, The quality control charts were used to control the quality of sample analysis and test, Experimental results showed that the quality of determining the lead, cadmium and chromium in the fruits and vegetables could be controlled intuitively and effectively using the quality control charts, which ensures the accuracy and reliability of the analyzing results.
