摘要
目的 探讨应用重组骨形态发生蛋白-2(rBMP-2)复合生物支架材料修复牙槽嵴缺损的有效性,观察新生牙槽骨对正畸牙齿移动的影响。方法 取40只成年大鼠作为实验对象,于双侧上颌第一磨牙近中制作牙槽嵴缺损模型。以双侧牙槽作对照。rBMP-2/生物活性玻璃复合组为实验组,单纯生物活性玻璃组为对照组。观察比较两组术后第4,8,12周骨修复能力。术后12周安装矫治器并近中牵引牙齿,比较牵引8周后双侧磨牙的移动距离和牙周膜宽度。结果 实验组骨形成能力明显高于对照组。大鼠两侧第一磨牙的平均移动距离、牙周膜宽度的差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 BMP-2具有较强的骨修复作用,极大地缩短了成骨时间;以BMP治疗牙槽骨缺损所形成的新骨对正畸牙齿移动无明显影响。
Objective To explore the application of recombinant bone morphogenetic protein-2 (rBMP-2) and bioactive glass (PerioGlas) in alveolar bone repair and observe effect of newly formed alveolar bone on orthodontic tooth movement in rats. Methods Forty adult female rats were selected. Animal model with alveolar bone defect in the bilateral first maxillary molars was established mesially. The two sides of the alveolar bone were divided into treatment group (treated with rBMP-2 and bioactive glass) and control group (treated with bioactive glass alone). The repair capability was observed at 4, 8, 12 weeks after operation. Orthodontic appliances were fixed at 12 weeks to mesially guide the first molars. Paired t test was conducted to compare the moving distance and the width of the periodontal membranes at 8 weeks after tooth guidance in two groups. Result Treatment group showed a significantly higher bone formation ability. No significant difference was found in the average movement distance of first molars and the width of the periodontal membrane between both groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions rBMP-2 has a better capacity of repairing bone and can shorten the period of bone formation. Treatment of alveolar bone defect with rBMP- 2 has no obvious effect on orthodontic tooth movement.
