Because of the tide of economy globalization and regional integration, American and European conflicts law routinely face two kinds of conflicts issues those arising among completely independent nations, and those involving members of a union. Therefore, American and European conflicts law will make farewell to their different versions and trend to two natures or functions of domestic and international conflicts law.
